  • Use your bike, feet or another mode of transportation.
  • Switch your water heater when you will be away from home to vacation mode.
  • Use synthetic lubricants that don’t need to be changed for 6 months.
  • Start a compost heap.
  • Install water barrels to help collect rain water. You can also put a bucket in your sink to collect the excess water from washing.
